DSGI Mr. Ajay Kumar Singhania Mr. Sourab Kar ..for the respondents It has been submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioner that in spite of giving direction by a coordinate Bench to exchange affidavits amongst the parties till date no affidavit in opposition is filed. Subsequently, on 25th September, 2024 time to file affidavit in opposition was extended but within the extended time affidavit in opposition was not filed.

As a last chance, time to file affidavit in opposition to this writ petition stands extended till 17th January, 2025 failing which matter shall be treated as ready for hearing and no further opportunity shall be afforded to the respondents to file affidavit in opposition.

In the event affidavit in opposition is filed within the aforesaid extended time, time to file affidavit in reply shall stand extended by 2 (two) weeks thereafter.

Petitioner shall be at liberty to mention the matter before the next available Circuit after the time fixed hereinabove for exchanging affidavits. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
