And In Re: Swadesh Singha Petitioner Mr. Debanjan Das For the Petitioner Mr. Aditi Shankar Chakraborty, APP Mr. Sourav Ganguly For the State On the basis of the disclosure made in the case diary specifically in the seizure list, it appears that the weapon was recovered from the place/residence of the petitioner and also having regard to the fact that the charges have already been framed, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail of the petitioner is rejected and CRM 1119 of 2021 is accordingly, disposed of.
