This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the accused person by the Sessions Judge, Jalpaiguri sitting in vacation by an order dated October 25, 2021.

We are of the view that it would be in the fitness of things that the applicant should first approach the learned Court which had granted the anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, without going into the merits of this application for cancellation of bail and reserving liberty to the applicant to approach the learned Court which had granted anticipatory bail, we dispose of this application. Accordingly, CRM 1120 of 2021 is disposed of.
