Heard Learned Advocates appearing for the parties and considering their submission and the nature of relief prayed for in the writ petition against the Police Authority is concerned, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition since the related case in question is already pending before the learned Magistrate concerned and the petitioner should seek appropriate remedy in that forum.

Accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 2544 of is dismissed with the observation made hereinabove.
