On perusal of the writ petition I find that the petitioner has made a representation on 1st of August, 2022 being Annexure P-9 to the writ petition. This writ petition being WPA 2545 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the District Nodal Officer, SSK & MSK Cell, Cooch Behar Zilla Parishad/respondent No.3 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 1st August, 2022 by passing a reasoned and speaking order strictly in accordance with law within eight weeks.

It is clarified that this court has not gone into the merits of the aforesaid representation and the Authority concerned while considering the representation shall act strictly in accordance with law.
