And In Re: Suresh Barman Petitioner Mr. Subhasish Misra Mr. Swarup Das For the Petitioner Mr. Aditi Shankar Chakraborty, APP Mr. Sagnik Sankar Sikdar For the State Having considered the materials on record and the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure directly implicating the petitioner in the commission of alleged offence, we are not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. The application for bail of the petitioner is rejected and CRM 1122 of 2021 is accordingly, disposed of.
