It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner no narcotic substance was recovered from his possession. Co-accused has been enlarged on bail. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of members of the raiding party show that the petitioner was present at the spot and had fled away. He does not stand on the same footing with coaccused, who has been enlarged on bail. His prayer for bail was rejected in July, 2022 and there is no change in circumstance since then. Hence, we are not inclined in granting bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is thus rejected.
