In terms of the dated 14.06.2023, the Pradhan is also present in person.

The Pradhan has filed the compliance report after serving the copy to the counsel for the petitioner. Let the same be kept with the record.

In the compliance report it is stated that as per the order passed by this Court, the illegal construction has been completely demolished on 15.06.2023.

Counsel for the petitioner also agreed with the report submitted by the Pradhan and submitted that the illegal construction has already been demolished.

It is found from the prayer of the writ petition that the petitioner has prayed for a direction for demolition of the illegal construction made by the private respondent.

Now, as per the report submitted by the Pradhan, the illegal construction has already been demolished and the petitioner is agreed with the report. Accordingly, this Court finds that no further order can be passed in the present writ petition.

In view of the above, WPA No. 2395 of 2021 is disposed of.
