The State of West Bengal Mr. Hillol Saha Poddar ... for the petitioner Mr. Aditi Shankar Chakraborty Mr. Nilay Chakraborty ... for the State This is an application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for cancelling as well as setting aside the Order dated 27.07.2022 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cooch Behar issuing warrant of arrest against the present petitioners. Mr. Saha Poddar appearing for the petitioner vehemently argued that he will abide by the law but the impugned Order should be quashed and warrant of arrest should be withdrawn. The warrant of arrest issued on 19.11.2022 since then till now the

petitioners have not surrendered keeping warrant of arrest pending. Petitioners shall immediately surrender before the Trial Court and shall apply for regular bail.

The instant criminal revision application stands disposed of along with pending application, if any.
