Change in circumstances contended is filing of charge sheet.

Filing of charge sheet is not a material change in circumstances.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner no. 2 and the prayer for anticipatory bail in respect of the petitioner no. 2 is rejected. So far as the petitioner no. 1 is concerned, we find sufficient materials in the case diary implicating him.

Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner no. 1 also and the prayer for anticipatory bail in respect of the petitioner no. 1 is rejected.
