For the State The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner No.1 is the married sister-in-law and the petitioner No.2 is the mother-in-law of the victim and they have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that all other coaccused persons are on bail. The learned Counsel for the State, however, opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. In all fairness, it is submitted that the other co-accused persons including the husband are presently on bail.

In view of the aforesaid submission and having regard to the fact that all accused persons are on bail, we are inclined to grant

anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The prayer for anticipatory bail is, thus, allowed.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

It is further directed that the petitioners shall cooperate with the investigation.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM No.1133 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
