Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent No.3/District Inspector of Schools(S.E.), Cooch Behar in not considering the petitioner's claim of arrear salary in spite of repeated request made by the Headmaster of the school concerned dated 16th September, 2019 to the District Inspector of Schools(S.E.) concerned as appears at page 16 being Annexure P-3 to the writ petition as well as the representation dated 19th January, 2022 being Annexure P-5 to the writ petition.

Considering the submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 2553 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent No.3/ District Inspector of

Schools(S.E.), Cooch Behar to consider the claim of the petitioner relating to the arrear salary in question positively within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law and shall communicate his decision to the petitioner within one week after taking such decision.
