The petitioner seeks relaxation of condition of bail imposed upon him to meet the investigating officer once a week until further orders.

In view of the above, the bail condition directing the petitioner to meet the investigating officer once a week is

modified to the extent that the petitioner shall meet the investigating officer once a month till submission of charge sheet. The other conditions of bail shall remain unaltered.
