It has been pointed out that "Bhaktinagar P.S. Case No. 129 of 2025"

has been typed in place of "Bhaktinagar P.S. Case No. 209 of 2025".

It has further been submitted that the name of the counsel for the State has wrongly been mentioned as "Niloy Chakraborty" in place of "Aditi Shankar Chakraborty".

Let the correction be carried out.

The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

The department is directed to carry out the necessary correction at once.
