None appears on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation is sought for but for the interest of justice the case was adjourned till today with the rider that if none appears on behalf of the petitioner, appropriate order will be passed. Today also when the matter is called, none appears on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation is sought for. It is found from the record that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter. Accordingly, WPA No. 2411 of 2021 is dismissed for default.
