Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking relief of direction upon the Special Land Acquisition Collector to refer the reference petition in question made by the petitioner under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1984 to the Civil Court. It is the grievance of the petitioner that in spite of repeated representations, respondent/Land Acquisition Collector has not taken any steps to refer her case to the Land Acquisition Collector and the respondent concerned had acted in a discriminatory manner.

Considering the submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 2555 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent/Land Acquisition Collector to take expeditious steps to refer the reference petition in

question to the Civil Court concerned preferably within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
