Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties and considering their submission I am inclined to dispose of this writ petition being WPA 2556 of 2022 by directing the respondent No.2/Municipal Commissioner, Siliguri to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 2nd June, 2022 in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners or their authorized representative.

It is clarified that this court has not gone into the merits of the aforesaid representation and the Authority concerned shall consider the said representation strictly in accordance with law.
