It is submitted on behalf of the appellant that the order dated 16 December, 2024 came to be passed on an incorrect and erroneous submission made on behalf of the appellant that the instant appeal had become infructuous in view of the subsequent events after filing of the writ petition. The State and the private respondents are represented and oppose the prayer for withdrawal.

In view of the above, the parties are directed exchange affidavits. Let Affidavit-in-Opposition be filed within two weeks from date. Reply, if any, be filed one week thereafter.

Let the matter appear before the next available Circuit Bench.
