(NDPS) 344 of 2025 In Re : An application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure read with Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with Falakata Police Station Case No. 225 of 2025 dated 09.05.2025 under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c) of the NDPS Act.

Contraband substance above commercial quantity has been recovered from the joint possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have considered the material on record.

In view of the statutory restriction laid down under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application being CRM (NDPS) 344 of 2025 is disposed of.
