CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS JURISDICTION CRM (M) 235 of 2025 In Re: - An application for Bail under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with Siliguri Police Station Case No. of dated 08.02.2025 under Sections 316(2)/318(2)/318(4)/61(2)/316(5) of the BNS Act, 2023. And In the matter of: Tejas Lalit Soni @ Tejas Lalit ....PETITIONER

1. This matter is listed for correction of a typographical mistake, which has been crept up in the order dated 04.09.2025.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that inadvertently the name of the learned Advocate for the State was wrongly typed and at paragraph no. 5 the word anticipatory is mistakenly written.

3. The name of the learned Advocate for the State should be written as "Mr. Kallol Acharjee" instead of "Mr. Kollok Acharjee" and at paragraph no. 5 the word "anticipatory" should be deleted.

4. These mistakes are apparent. Let the correction be made accordingly.

5. This order shall be made a part of the original order dated 04.09.2025.
