In view of the signature mismatch of the petitioner in the affidavit filed in the writ petition and the Pension Payment Order, the instant writ petition stands dismissed in terms of the order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.A. No. 1669 of 2021. Be it recorded that despite repeated requests made by the registry official of the Court, the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner failed to rectify the defects.

The matter is remaining pending since December, 2021. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the same.

The writ petition is dismissed.
