There is no subsequent change of circumstances from the earlier rejection dated 5th June, 2023.

We hence find no reason to take a different view of the matter. In any event, we find that although there has been some delay for framing of charges on 5th April, 2023, the examination of the first witness has now been fixed on 4th September, 2023.

The above factors persuade us to reject the prayer for bail. 4.

CRM (NDPS) 565 of 2023 is rejected in terms of the above. 5.

The contention made on behalf of the petitioner of violation of the standing order 1 of 1988 shall be considered at the time of trial. (PRASENJIT BISWAS, J.) (MOUSHUMI BHATTACHARYA,J.)
