I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition on the ground that before approaching the writ court the petitioners have not made any demand justice for redressal of their grievance. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case this writ petition being WPA 2564 of 2022 is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to make appropriate representation before the authority concerned for redressal of their grievances raised in this writ petition and if such representation is made by the petitioners before the authority concerned within two weeks from this date, the same shall be considered by the authority concerned in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the

petitioners or their authorized representative, within eight weeks thereafter.
