Learned counsel for the State has submitted that pursuant to the issue of warrant of attachment, the proclamation has already been issued against the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that there is no prayer in the present petition for recalling of the proclamation issued against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition with a prayer for recalling of the proclamation of the orders. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition. (Dinesh Kumar Sharma, J.)
