The petitioner has submitted that though he has been allowed to join as a permanent staff after he was acquitted from a criminal case, due to latches of the concerned department more than one year has passed before he was given the posting as a permanent staff and in this one year he has lost his seniority and not only that, he has lost some monitory benefits also. He prays for giving him benefit of this lost one year for which he is not responsible.
In this one year the petitioner did not work as a permanent staff. Therefore, if he wants, damages is to be recovered and he has to file separate case
claiming damages. This court is not equipped with this awarding of damage.
With the above observation this writ application is disposed of.
