Learned counsel for the State has fairly submitted that he has not received any adverse report against the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for medication of the condition regarding leaving the jurisdiction of New Jalpaiguri police station till the conclusion of the trial. As the petitioner is a poor person and resident of Cooch Behar and it is becoming difficult for him to live in Jalpaiguri. 3.

Since no adverse report has been received. The fifth condition of the bail order dated 2nd September, 2025 is modified to the extent that petitioner may leave the jurisdiction

of New Jalpaiguir police station. However, he shall attend the trial regularly on each and every date of hearing. The remaining condition remains the same. The petitioner shall also not threaten or intimidate or tamper with witnesses in any manner whatsoever.

CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
