1. The statement given under Section 164 of the victim girl reflects that the petitioner is the prime accused in the ongoing case. The fact that two others were released by an order of a Co-ordinate Bench on 3rd July, 2023 does not assist the petitioner since the petitioner is not on a similar footing as two others.

2. Considering the statement of the victim girl and the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence, we are not inclined to grant prayer for anticipatory bail.
