Inadvertent typographical error has crept into order dated 17th November, 2025 in the cause-title of the aforesaid order mentioning the names of the learned Advocates for the State as "Mr. Aditi Shankar Chakraborty, Ld.APP and Mr. Kallol Nag" instead of "Mr. Nilay Chakraborty, Ld. APP and Mr. Bhaskar Das".

Let the names of 'Mr. Nilay Chakraborty, Ld. APP and Mr. Bhaskar Das' be read in place of 'Mr. Aditi Shankar Chakraborty, Ld. APP and Mr. Kallol Nag".

The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent. 5.

The other portions of the order shall remain unaltered. 6.

This order shall form part of order dated 17th November, 2025.
