Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that arrear rent as assessed by the Municipality is being paid by the petitioner on regular basis.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Municipality submits, upon instructions that, the petitioner will be permitted to occupy the property as long as rent is being paid on regular basis.

The instant writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner be permitted to occupy the land subject to payment of rent on regular basis.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
