We have considered the fact of the earlier bail application being rejected by a coordinate Bench and further that there has been considerable progress in the trail after the date of rejection, i.e. 9th March, 2023.

Learned counsel appearing for the prosecution informs the Court that the evidences of the remaining witnesses have been fixed on 2nd, 4th and 5th September, 2023.

We are accordingly of the view that the petitioner's prayer for bail should be rejected and the direction given by the coordinate Bench in trial should be complied with to the extent possible. 4.
CRM(NDPS) 575 of 2023 is accordingly rejected and disposed of in terms of the above.
