The orders dated 05.03.2021 and 24.06.2022 reflect that affidavit of assets and liabilities were filed by the respective parties in the court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Siliguri in connection with Misc. Case No.82 of 2019. The grievance of the present petitioner is that till date there has been no remedy in spite of the affidavits being exchanged and the petitioner is knocking the doors of the court since the year 2019. The orders dated 24.06.2022 and 25.07.2022 reflect that date has been fixed for interim hearing. It has been informed that next date has been fixed for interim orders on 5th November, 2022.

Accordingly, learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Siliguri is directed to consider the prayers as advanced under Section 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. If the hearing cannot be completed on 5th November, 2022, the learned Judicial Magistrate would complete the

hearing and dispose of the same by 11th November, 2022 and pronounce the order regarding the interim orders on 14th November, 2022.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 214 of 2022 is disposed of.
