And In Re : Ananda Roy ...... petitioner Mr. Avrojyoti Das Mr. Rajdeep Das ...for the petitioner Mr. Sourav Ganguly Mr. Chattu Roy .... for the State in C.R.M.(DB) 466 of 2024 Mr. Sourav Ganguly Mr. Dhiman Sil .... for the State in C.R.M.(DB) 468 of 2024 Mr. Sandip Guha roy Mr. Biswajit Das Mr. Ananda Paul ...for the defacto complainant Two petitions are taken up for analogous hearing as they relate same police case.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the two petitions on the ground that charge sheet was submitted by the police.
