1. Upon considering the nature of the alleged offence and at least three statements give under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. corroborating the role of the petitioner in the alleged offence, we are not inclined to grant the prayer for bail.
2. We also note that from 29th to 31st August, 2023 have been fixed for examination of at least six witnesses.
