In view of the fact that the petitioner has agreed to furnish cash surety for Rs.29,000/- instead of two sureties of Rs.3,000/- each, one of which shall be local, we modify the bail conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to furnish a cash surety for Rs.29,000/- to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siliguri in connection with G.R. Case No.5477 of 2021.

The order of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Siliguri stands modified to the aforesaid extent. The application for modification and/or relaxation of condition of bail being CRM 1178 of 2021 stands disposed of.
