Learned counsel for the State submits that allegedly the accused persons attacked the police party and inflicted injuries and obstructive them in the discharge of official duties. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has fairly submitted that injuries are simple in nature.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that in fact it was a quarrel between the workers of two political parties. He further submits that the petitioner have been wrongly named and has nothing to do so of the offence.

The court has considered the submissions, the injuries are simple in nature. The charge-sheet has already been filed. 5.

In the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupess Ten Thousand Only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to the conditions that they shall join the investigation as and when directed the Investigating Officer and shall not threaten, intimidate or tamper the witness in any manner whatsoever.

The application for anticipatory bail is thus, disposed of. 7.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
