1. Although the petitioner and the de facto complainant may have been in a relationship, we are concerned by the submissions made on behalf of the de facto complainant (who allegedly was in a relationship with the petitioner) that the petitioner has threatened to circulate private images and photographs of the petitioner and the de facto complainant for general consumption. We also note that the charge-sheet is yet to be filed.

2. We are hence of the view that the petitioner's presence may be required for interrogation.
