by publishing a supplementary cause list as an apparent typographical error has been there on the face of the judgment and order dated September 10, 2025.

Both Ms. Esha Acharya, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and Ms.

Rishita Chakraborty, learned advocate led by Mr. Sourav Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for respondent nos. 6 and 7/DPSC, Jalpaiguri jointly submit that, the expression "For DPSC Coochbehar" has been mistakenly typed out in the judgment and order dated September 10, 2025 and the same shall be deleted. By consent of the parties the order dated September 10, 2025 stands corrected by deleting the expression "For DPSC, Coochbehar" from the order. Necessary correction shall be incorporated in the judgment and order dated September 10, 2025. (Aniruddha Roy, J.)
