Nabankur Paul, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners, on instruction, submits that, the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 have already filed independent writ petition on the selfsame cause of action. The petitioner nos. 3 and 4 shall only press this writ petition.

In this regard, this Court has asked the learned advocate for the petitioners that, the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 to file necessary affidavit to withdraw themselves from the array of the petitioners. Then the learned advocate prays for withdrawal of this writ petition with leave to file

afresh on the selfsame cause of action by the petitioner nos. 3 and 4.

In view of the above, this writ petition, WPA 1894 of 2024 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Leave is granted to the petitioner nos. 3 and 4 only to file a fresh writ petition on the selfsame cause of action as they have pleaded in this writ petition.
