1. There are statements of two eye-witnesses recorded under Sections 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure implicating the petitioners before us in the murder.

2. Considering such materials in the case diary, the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.

4. CRM (DB) 470 of 2024 is dismissed.
