Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner after having been convicted has already undergone the sentence about it. However, he could not be released as the trial court record is with this court and in absence of the record, petitioner is unable to deposit the fine. Learned counsel submits that in the circumstances, he does not want to press the present petition and the petition may be disposed of as having been infructuous.

Hence, the petition is disposed of as infructuous.

Consequently, all connected applications, if any stands disposed of.
