Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor.

Perused the case diary. The offence is grave in nature and incriminating elements are present in the case diary.

In light of the above facts, we are not inclined to exercise discretion in his favour. As such, his prayer for bail is refused. The application for bail being CRM(A) 506 of 2022, is accordingly, dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to consider charge within three months from date.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
