1. The petitioner prays for waiver of the condition for grant of anticipatory bail imposed by an order dated December 21, 2021. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that at the time of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, the earlier Co-ordinate Bench of this court directed that the petitioner shall meet the investigating officer once in a week. Later, on an application for relaxation of the condition of anticipatory bail, the condition was relaxed directing the petitioner to meet the investigating officer once in a month.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the state that charge-sheet has been submitted and there is no adverse report against the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions of the petitioner and upon perusal of the materials placed before us, the conditions imposed by order dated December 21, 2021 are waived. The

petitioner will be present before the learned trial court on the dates fixed until further order of the court. The petitioner will not intimidate witnesses.
