And In Re: Sunil Sarkar @ Dilip Kumar Sarkar @ Kumar Sarkar Petitioner Mr. Sourav Ganguly Mr. Kallol Nag For the Petitioner Mr. Aditi Shankar Chakraborty Mr. Nilay Chakraborty For the State In view of the statement made on behalf of the State that the petitioner is standing on the same footing as that of Ram Krishna Sarkar who was granted anticipatory bail by the co-ordinate Bench on 26.10,2017, we allow this application for anticipatory bail on the same terms and conditions.

Moreover, we find from record that the charge-sheet has already been filed. This application, thus, stands allowed with the direction that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.5000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed and CRM 1200 of 2021 is accordingly, disposed of.
