Heard, Mr. Misra, learned counsel assisted by Mr. Raha appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Ali, assisted by Mr. Sarkar learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties.

It is submitted that revisional application has been filed before this Court inadvertently. The petitioner wants to withdraw the petition and filed the application before the Hon'ble Court having determination, in the proper form. Liberty as sought for is granted.

The revisional application being C.O. 90 of 2023 is disposed of as withdrawn.
