Due to inadvertence the appearance of the Union of India was wrongly recorded in the said order. Be it recorded that Mr.

Sudipto Kumar Mazumdar with Mr. Tridip Saha and Mr. Saptak Sarkar, learned advocates represented the Union of India before this Court on 23rd September, 2024. The appearance of the Union of India recorded in the order dated 23rd September, 2024 stands deleted. The following sentence will be added after paragraph 5 of the order dated 23rd September, 2024.

An opportunity of hearing shall be granted to the petitioner prior to passing final order in the matter. Rest of the said order remains unaltered.
