The petitioner should appear in this proceeding for which the notice dated 28.07.2023 has been issued. Another date of hearing would be fixed which would be communicated to the learned advocate of the petitioner, Mr. Kumar Shantanu, in this court from the office of the learned Government Pleader. This notice is to be served by seven days from date and the hearing is to be fixed by seven days thereafter.

With the above observation this writ application is allowed.
