In view of the fact that the vehicle seized by the investigating agency containing the narcotic articles belong to the present petitioner and the nature and extent of the complicity of the petitioner, prima facie, being established from the documents disclosed in the Case Diary, we are not inclined to release the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
