In view of the submissions made on behalf of the Counsel for the respective parties that the petitioner stands on the same footing as that of Robi Sarkar @ Rabi Sarkar @ Noni Sarkar who was granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench on 20th July, 2021, we allow this application for anticipatory bail on the same terms and conditions.

As such, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioner Lakhkhan @ Lakhsman @ Lakhan Sarkar shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Arresting

Officer of the concerned Police Station and on condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a week.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM No.1223 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
