1. The petitioners have challenged a recruitment process which was initiated sometime in 2014. It appears that a coordinate Bench, in a writ petition filed by some other persons who were interested in the same recruitment process, had restrained the respondents from carrying out any recruitment in breach of the assurance that was given.

2. Under such circumstances, it is submitted on behalf of the parties that the said recruitment process has since been abandoned. Thus, the writ petition has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly, without any further orders.

3. Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
