This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner on the alleged ground of inaction on the part of the respondent/Police Authorities concerned to take any steps/action on the basis of the complaint filed by the petitioner, dated 1st September, 2022 as appears at 80 being Annexure-H to the writ petition.

Learned Advocate appearing for the respondent/Police Authorities submits that the action has already been taken by the Police Authority by registering an FIR against the person against whom complaint has been lodged.

In view of the discussion made above, this writ petition being WPA 2650 of 2022 is disposed of without passing any further order.
